Sub-processor list
Last updated: June 21, 2026
This list describes the main providers Nextia AI may use to operate DrivingOps. Not every provider is enabled in every environment or for every school. The customer's agreement and service configuration determine which providers apply.
We perform risk-appropriate diligence, require confidentiality and data-protection commitments, and assess transfers outside Quebec or Canada where required by law.
| Provider | Purpose | Possible data | Location | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Microsoft Azure | Core application hosting, databases, storage, secrets, monitoring, email, identity, and optional AI services. | Account, operational, learner, document, log, and support data, depending on the enabled service. | Core workloads are designed for Canadian regions. Some global or optional services may process data in another configured region. | Core / environment-dependent |
| Cloudflare | Marketing-site hosting, delivery, DNS, and security. | Website requests, IP address, device/browser data, and lead-form data when submitted through Pages Functions. | Global network; processing location depends on the request and service configuration. | Marketing site |

DrivingOps does not store full card numbers. | Provider-operated locations, which may include processing outside Canada. | Optional / not enabled in every environment |

New sub-processors
Where an agreement requires it, we will provide reasonable advance notice before adding a sub-processor that materially processes customer data. Customers may raise a reasonable data-protection objection.
