Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a no-obligation trial so you can set up your school, import a few learners, and see a real schedule before you pay.
What counts as an “active learner”?
An active learner is someone currently enrolled in a program with sessions or a balance in the current billing period. Graduated, archived, or lead records don't count toward your plan limit.
Can you migrate our existing data?
Yes. On Growth and Multi-Branch we help you import learners, instructors, programs, and balances from your spreadsheets or current tool, and we get you live in days.
Do prices include tax?
Prices are in CAD and shown before applicable taxes (GST/QST/HST), which are added at checkout based on your province.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month unless you choose annual billing. If you cancel, you keep an export-only window to download your data.
Is WhatsApp included?
WhatsApp automation flows are included from the Growth plan. Email automations are available on every plan. Messaging is sent through the WhatsApp Cloud API once you connect a number.
