  • Follow applicable retention, deletion, intellectual-property, and confidentiality duties.

4. Communications

Schools must use email, SMS, and WhatsApp features in compliance with CASL, telecommunications rules, provider policies, and recipient preferences. Commercial messages must rely on valid consent, identify the sender, and include a working unsubscribe mechanism when required.

  • Do not submit more personal information than necessary to an optional AI feature.
  • Keep meaningful human review for important learner, employment, payment, or disciplinary decisions.

6. Prohibited activities

DrivingOps must not be used for fraud, harassment, unlawful surveillance, impersonation, spam, exploitation of minors, prohibited discrimination, or activity that infringes another person's rights.

7. Reasonable limits

We may apply reasonable technical limits to protect availability and security. You must not circumvent rate, storage, usage, or subscription limits.

8. Reporting and enforcement

Report abuse or security concerns through our Security page. We may limit or suspend access while investigating, taking account of severity, urgency, and applicable contractual obligations.
